The second option was accepted as “optimal”, and for a short time solving two main tasks: “the mob,” as Putin calls his “nuclear” electorate, and ultra-patriots, get satisfaction from revenge for the trampled symbol and continue to believe in the Great Victory, and the elites , who do not fully understand the state of affairs (there are many of them), are ready to be deceived and calm down for a while, to observe the agony of the regime. It must be said right away that a massive missile strike is a one-time action that does not have real consequences, and has a short-term effect, mainly informational. And of course, this action can be repeated several times with approximately the same “success”, but with a fading effect. The Russian leadership DOES NOT have the ability to deliver constant massive missile strikes, due to the insufficient number of “high-precision” missiles. This is known to the military leadership, to which Putin shifted responsibility for yesterday’s attack on Ukraine and, of course, all of Putin’s entourage.
Putin has already lost the war, there is practically nothing to fight with. The escalation that the Russian leadership is embarking on is senseless and criminal and will lead to more victims among, above all, the Russian military. The hope that Ukraine or Europe will “freeze” and beg Putin for peace on any terms is untenable – this is propaganda nonsense for completely outright idiots. Throwing corpses at poorly dressed and weakly armed “mobiles” is generally beyond the bounds of reasonable understanding, and it won’t be enough for a long time, and the second wave of mobilization is a big question. Belarus, if it enters the war on the side of Russia, which is highly doubtful, will exhaust its reserves in less than a month and a half. The war is lost and Putin knows about it, knows the General Staff, knows the Ministry of Defense, knows all the leadership of law enforcement agencies. Every day of the continuation of the war for Putin and the Russian leadership is worse than a crime, it is a mistake.

During the discussion of the process of “partial” mobilization, Putin approved the proposal of the Ministry of Defense to make the second wave of mobilization “fan”. According to the plan, the second wave of conscription will take place alternately overlapping, so, several constituent entities of the Russian Federation announce the beginning of the second wave, then, in a couple of days, several more are announced, followed by another and so on until it covers most of the subjects, and then the third wave is launched. It is noteworthy that for the second wave of mobilization, it was decided to launch mainly those subjects that coped with the first wave better than others and will practically not disturb problem areas where draft quotas will be minimal. Доповідь так само містила докладну інформацію про проблеми, що виникають у процесі мобілізації (на одинадцяти сторінках друкованого тексту) і дано незадовільну оцінку роботи міністерства оборони РФ. Крім проблем з мобілізацією, що представляє доповідь секретар Ради Безпеки РФ Микола Патрушев, вказав на катастрофічне становище на фронті із забезпеченням медичного персоналу найнеобхіднішим. Критичним моментом було згадано практично повну відсутність засобів для перев’язки поранених та кровоспинних засобів. Патрушев попередив Путіна про ймовірність масового дезіртирства через порушення у процесі мобілізації, незважаючи на кримінальну відповідальність та строк до 15 років. Мовляв, на Кадирові та Пригожині тримався фронт, а посипався через Герасимова та Шойгу, при цьому давши команду силовикам показово «гвинтити» генералів. Наступним кроком Путіна буде стравити силовиків та Пригожина з Кадировим, сподіваючись, що силовики переможуть. Учора, що робить вигляд, що виконує обов’язки міністра оборони Сергій Шойгу повідомив про двісті тисяч уже покликаних, а в ранковій доповіді президенту Росії Володимиру Путіну, від того ж міністерства оборони, зазначено трохи більше чотирьохсот тисяч мобілізованих, тобто рівно вдвічі більше. Путіну також повідомляють про численні втрати озброєнь і живої сили противника, які той зазнає при наступі на російські позиції, щоправда, знову ж таки цифри значно відрізняються з офіційними. У міністерстві оборони мабуть вважають президента вдвічі розумнішим, чи дурнішим, за російського обивателя, тому й цифри множать на два. Взагалі, у Міноборони процес мобілізації називають “м’ясозаготівля”, що сутнісно відображає те, що відбувається. Путін учора, під час наради в режимі відеозв’язку з представниками керівництва міністерства оборони, висловив задоволення мобілізаційним процесом і ПОДБЛАКИВ(!) за відмінну роботу.

Вечірню нараду з керівництвом силового блоку в режимі відеозв’язку президенту не вдалося провести в експрес-режимі, як він планував, нарада вийшла довгою. По лінії ФСБ Путіну надали запис розмови Євгена Пригожина із двома співрозмовниками, під час якого Пригожин прямим текстом заявив, що якщо найближчого місяця Путін не відправить у відставку губернатора Санкт-Петербурга Олександра Беглова, то він (Пригожин) “завалить г..ндона на х…й”, тому що Беглов його вже “конкретно за..бал” і терпіти він більше не буде. Все виглядало б порожньою розмовою, але на записі Пригожин розповідає деякі деталі підготовки, досить продуманого замаху. Секретар Ради Безпеки РФ Микола Патрушев висловив думку щодо необхідності вказати Пригожину його місце і цю позицію підтримали всі учасники наради. Путін сказав, що вирішить це питання. Пригожин стає головним болем для силовиків. Його вже всерйоз сприймають як проблему стабільності на внутрішньому треку, а можливий тандем Пригожина з Кадировим – страшний сон силовиків і не тільки силовиків.

Путин вчера, во время совещания в режиме видеосвязи с представителями руководства министерства обороны, выразил удовлетворение мобилизационным процессом и ПОБЛАГОДАРИЛ(!) за отличную работу.
 
Вечернее совещание с руководством силового блока в режиме видеосвязи президенту не удалось провести в экспресс-режиме,  как он планировал, совещание получилось долгим. По линии ФСБ Путину предоставили запись разговора Евгения Пригожина с двумя собеседниками, во время которого Пригожин прямым текстом заявил, что если в ближайший месяц Путин не отправит в отставку губернатора Санкт-Петербурга Александра Беглова, то он (Пригожин) “завалит г..ндона на х…й”, потому что Беглов его уже “конкретно за..бал” и терпеть он больше не будет. Всё бы выглядело пустым разговором, но на записи Пригожин рассказывает некоторые детали подготовки, довольно продуманного покушения. Секретарь Совета Безопасности РФ Николай Патрушев высказал мнение о необходимости указать Пригожину его место и эту позицию поддержали все участники совещания. Путин сказал,  что решит это вопрос. Пригожин становится головной болью для силовиков. Его уже всерьёз воспринимают как проблему стабильности на внутреннем треке, а возможный тандем Пригожина с Кадыровым- страшный сон силовиков и не только силовиков.

Кадиров і Пригожин, який його підтримав, публічно звинуватили Генштаб і міністерство оборони в втраті територій і призначивши персонально відповідальних генералів, взагалі ввели Путіна в зневіру і фактично позбавили його можливості застосувати санкції до будь-якого. Тепер кадрові рішення президента щодо будь-якого представника керівництва військового блоку будуть сприйняті елітами як перекіс у бік посилення позицій Кадирова та Пригожина, що, безумовно, викличе невдоволення всередині як мінімум силових еліт. Більше того, якщо Путін вчинить так як вимагає Кадиров, це буде потужним сигналом слабкості президента, який піддається вже навіть не маніпуляціям, а відвертому тиску, і паніка в елітах, які побоюються втратити поточний status quo, гарантована.
