In the #JackTeixeira classified information leak case, USA filed supp motion for detention incl evidence he’d been denied state firearm permits, searched for violent extremist files and made violent threats. Link to motion and Exhibits.

Link to the 5th Cir Stay Order Granting in Part, Denying in Part. It appears to me that the Govt will appeal because I read this as saying no mail sales can occur. It’s unclear to me what is stayed if they shut down commerce in the drug.
