ORDER as to (15-Cr-867-01) Reza Zarrab. Counsel are requested also to include in their pending submissions to the Court the following: 1. Comment (as it pertains to the Curcio hearing) with respect to the following colloquy found in the May 2, 2017 transcript: THE COURT: Then the last question from yesterday’s [May 1, 2017] order, do office holders and/or members or affiliates of the governments of the United States or Turkey do business with Mr. Zarrab and/or any of Mr. Zarrab’s affiliates? If the answer is yes, could you explain. MR. BRAFMAN: I think the answer might be yes and yet might be privileged, given the dynamics of this case in its present posture and some of the charges. THE COURT: I see. MR. BRAFMAN: But they certainly do not impact on what Mr. Giuliani’s firm does or does not do on behalf of Turkey. THE COURT: Okay. So let me take those answers under advisement and proceed with the Curcio proceeding…. (H’rg Tr, dated May 2, 2017, at 13:18-14:5); 2. Supplementation to the submissions made in response to the Court s question: “Whether Messrs. Giuliani and Mukasey and/or their firms—or any other defense counsel in this case—have also been retained by Iran, Halkbank, Turkey (apart from what already has been submitted), or the United States.” (Order, filed May 1, 2017, at 1.) The question was meant to embrace, for example, (i) work performed for President Trump’s Administration, including participation on United States commissions, such as those relating to the so-called “Muslim Ban” Executive Orders; (ii) cybersecurity projects; and (iii) work performed by Greenberg Traurig, and Debevoise & Plimpton (and other defense counsel) for the United States. When a defense attorney is hired they tell their client to shut up and then look to get all the evidence that the Government has. They then try to create a “theory of the case” that explains the facts that they can’t refute to explain the defendant’s conduct in a plausible story that can raise reasonable doubt.

But Trump just seems to be rambling, making up facts, contradicted in the same interview.  How could that happen if he is being represented by competent counsel?  The answer is simple, he’s not.

When we  hear comments about “White House Counsel” they are not talking about Donald Trump’s attorneys.  They are referring to attorneys who represent the “Presidency” not the “President” as an individual.  So people like Don McGahan are not going to sit with Donald Trump like a defense counsel would, to help him work out his “theory of the case.”

Trump is notorious for stiffing his attorneys so he likely has had a hard time getting a large firm to sign on for the full ride with him especially where it appears that Trump may be subject to asset forfeitures.  So what is Trump doing?

In my view he is making up all of this on his own. Perhaps with the counsel of insiders like his family or perhaps Bannon.  But though I’m not a Bannon fan, I think he is too smart to get into the obvious obstruction of justice that Trump has committed in the past two days.

So Donald Trump’s strategy is to declare war on the FBI after having already declared war on the CIA. Good luck with that Donald.

The President has near absolute immunity for actions that can pass the giggle test of official acts.  Many scholars miss the fact that his businesses do not share any immunity and can be targeted by persons injured by the businesses owner’s actions even if that action is covered by immunity.

Trump has lied more than any politician in history. It would not take a legal genius to craft a Civil RICO complaint that uses his false statements a Wire Fraud predicates. The element of “financial gain” can easily be alleged based on Trump’s need to pump up his businesses and brand generally.  Add the money laundering allegations and Trump’s tax returns become relevant and clearly discoverable.

When civil litigation attorneys wake up to this gold mine that will allow them to reach Trump’s family his partners like the Russian govt ie Oligarchs with piles of money to pay to keep the case quiet, the avalanche of litigation will consume the Trump Kushner clan that will likely spend the rest of their lives trying to survive the Trump presidency. Resign now Donald.   Do it for your family.

The narrator in this German video says Abu Matal would free the Yazidis buy purchasing them from ISIS online.  ISIS would direct him to travel to Gaziantep Turkey and meet the ISIS accountant and pay him in cash in ISIS’s Gaziantep office.

Another shot is video filming ISIS middle man receiving the money for the purchase.

Reporter also says all of this purchase/money transfer could not be done without the blessing of MIT Turkish intelligence.

The reporter says Slave No. 12 was purchased for $18,000 US.  This payment was made in cash to ISIS in Gaziantep. The video also shows ISIS using a cash counting machine.

Last year, before Erdogan’s fascist crackdown on the Turkish press turned the Turkish press into propaganda arms of the Salafi Jihadist government in Ankara,  the Turkish newspaper Hurriyet published a story regarding what appears to be a governement directed cover-up in a case seeking to examine the Gaziantep Yazidis slave market.

The evidence that Erdogan and his MIT are ISIS is overwhelming. ISIS prisoner explains how Turkey supplies ISIS .

NSA and CIA likely have the evidence on Erdogan and the MIT’s complicity with ISIS at a minimum.

Someday this evidence will be released.  Anyone who has assisted in the acts of genocide will be held accountable.  Based on my interpretation of US and international law I conclude that former US presidents, their staffs and foreign leaders and intelligence officers are all subject to prosecution for genocide under both US and International law.   There is no statute of limitations.

Never again means never again.  We must hunt this barbarian filth to the last man. Seize their assets even if the assets belong to Arab royal families and punish as the law proscribes:   At a minimum, life in prison without hope.  Never Again.
