Russian President Vladimir Putin held two emergency operational meetings via video link with representatives of the leadership of the military bloc, two more meetings with the participation of the president are scheduled for the evening. The topic of the meetings is the situation at the front. The permanent members of the Security Council received an order to be in touch, perhaps the president deems it necessary to hold an operational meeting of the Security Council.
