Russian President Vladimir Putin yesterday conveyed to his press secretary Dmitry Peskov recommendations to choose words more scrupulously and deliberately when answering questions about the special operation and possible mobilization, in short, not to “bear a blizzard.” The issues of officially declaring war and mobilization are currently under active discussion, and Peskov, according to Putin, took a lot upon himself, calling information about mobilization plans “nonsense” and arguing that there are no such plans.
Now Putin has unleashed a big confrontation in terms of political elites, and one of the lines of this intrigue is the conflict between Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Dmitry Peskov and First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Alexei Gromov. Putin gives Gromov and Peskov the opportunity to pour shit on each other, while not giving an advantage to one or the other. The president also uses Peskov in a greater intrigue with the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov.
Yesterday was no exception for Putin in discussing plans for possible mobilization, and, apparently, the President has decided on the very fact of the need for mobilization, and now there is a discussion in what form and in what time frame to carry it out. Yesterday, during a meeting of the president with the leadership of the military bloc, they discussed the mobilization in three stages by the end of the year, with a total appeal of up to four hundred and fifty thousand people. Also, yesterday the president was interested in what “successes” would be achieved at the front before May 9th. Judging by the confident report of Valery Gerasimov, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, significant progress can be expected, but for the most part after May 9th. In general, in the absence of real victories, selling as a victory, the President of Russia to the Russian people, will be what is, or rather what is not.

Президент России Владимир Путин вчера передал своему пресс-секретарю Дмитрию Пескову рекомендации более скрупулёзно и обдуманно подбирать слова, отвечая на вопросы о спецоперации и о возможной мобилизации, короче не “нести пургу”. Вопросы о том, чтобы официально объявить войну и мобилизацию, на сегодняшний день находятся в стадии активного обсуждения и Песков, по мнению Путина, много на себя взял назвав информацию о планах мобилизации “чушью” и утверждая, что таких планов нет.
Сейчас Путин развязал большое противостояние в части политических элит и одна из линий этой интриги, это конфликт заместителя руководителя Администрации президента Дмитрия Пескова с первым заместителем руководителя Администрации президента Алексеем Громовым. Путин дает возможность Громову и Пескову поливать дерьмом друг друга, при этом не давая преимущества тому или другому. Пескова президент использует и в большей интриге с главой Чечни Рамзаном Кадыровым.
Вчерашний день не стал исключением для Путина в обсуждении планов по возможной мобилизации и, судя по всему, с самим фактом необходимости мобилизации президент определился и сейчас идёт обсуждение в какой форме и в какие сроки её провести. Вчера во время совещания президента с руководством военного блока обсудили проведение мобилизации в три этапа до конца года, с общим призывом до четырехсот пятидесяти тысяч человек. Также, вчера президент интересовался какие “успехи” будут достигнуты на фронте до 9 мая. Судя по уверенному докладу начальника Генерального штаба Вооруженных сил РФ Валерия Герасимова, существенные продвижения ожидать можно, но по большей части уже после 9 мая. В общем, при отсутствии реальных побед, продавать в качестве победы, президент России российскому народу, будет то, что есть, вернее то чего нет.
