In one of your 11 SEP ’21 twitter threads which included the list of all terrorist attacks since 1961,
I found something particularly relevant in the form of a comment by A.G. John Ashcroft from 2001.
He concludes his statement with this comment:
“…………. when people hurt others and invoke terror, it’s a terrorist act.”

Discovery of a second anthrax case triggered a major investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). The two anthrax cases were the first to appear in the United States in 25 years. Anthrax subsequently appeared in mail received by television networks in New York and by the offices in Washington of Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle and other members of Congress. Yes on both. And they have alleged some of the Capitol attackers were engaged in terrorism
