Here is the Order filed in Cohen v. Trump. Name of non-party Anibal Silva same as Portugal’s President

Order indicates a non-party sent a letter to court. The court rejected it. The document was entitled: “Notice to the Court of Contemptuous Statements”

Here is the order filed Thursday.

The name of the person who filed the document is Anibal Silva. Not sure if it is just a coincidence but Anibal Silva is President of Portugal.
