    It interesting thst if you use wifi connection at home repair depots, it sends you outvof the country. Major American Coorporations are listed at their website.Also listed at their wrbsites if you fo BGP are all the US Intel agencies. When I tried to connect using WIFI that uses Aruba ISP to reach Timinhonolulu.com a square box appears on the screen with a notice stating I was being block from accessing to your website and if I continued the system administrator would log my ip address with Go Back lonk. It seems to me that Intel agencies could be survelling your activity !

  2. This was several years ago and apparently it is HP but the address took me out of the country. I looked up who was on this ip address range and it was all the intel agencies. Forgive misspellings in previous comment, I was in a hurry
