In the #Zarrab @SDNYNews Iran sanctions case, the court unsealed three 2018 orders related to Zarrab’s conditions of release on bail. Link to today’s order and the three 2018 orders. Co-Defendant #Halkbank was stayed by the 2nd Cir, so I wonder if this is a signal that other defendants can be charged in a superseding indictment.
