1. Here’s a link to the indictment in the case of the Capitol police officer, Michael Riley. He’s looking at two charges carrying a max of 20 years each. Released on personal recognizance. He had a DC attorney at the initial appearance. Makes me wonder if he knew it was coming. Perhaps he has something to trade.
