1. As reported by @ZoeTilman, the magistrate judge has denied bail to “Cowboys For Trump” founder Couy Griffin. Here is the USA motion for pretrial detention. I sense a conspiracy indictment in Couy’s future.
1. Criminal complaints filed after the 6/1 #insurrection are now starting to be replaced by indictments. The conspiracy charge should send a chill down the @SenateGOP @HouseGOP spines, if they had spines. For Trump and crew, it may show what’s coming soon. Link

The Federal Rules of Criminal procedure require a prelimininary hearing or indictment within 14 days of arrest. On January 27, 2021, the DC US Attorney received and indictment from the DC Grand Jury that describes in detail the conspiracy to interfere with the January 6, 2021 session of Congress.
Caldwell and others named are members of the Ohio Oath Keepers Ohio subset “Ohio State Regular Militia.” They are looking at one charge that carries up to 20 years. I would expect several of these smaller conspiracies to be linked together in spoke and hub conspiracy with Donald J. Trump as the hub. Here is the indictment.
