DECISION & ORDER denying [16] LETTER MOTION Based upon the facts presented here, and after having reviewed carefully the parties’ submissions and applicable authorities, and for the reasons stated above, the Court concludes that the Government has shown by a preponderance of the evidence that Mr. Zarrab poses a risk of flight and that no condition or combination of conditions, including privately funded armed guards, will reasonably assure his appearance at trial.
