Here are links to the US Turkey Sanctions documents from OFAC @USTreasury Dept @Maddow @lawrence
Both @RudyGiuliani and the #SDNY US Attorney Geoffrey Berman worked for #Turkey’s foreign agent firm Greenberg Trauig. Both should be considered Turkish agents for times relevant to current cases.
Here are the Greenberg Traurig 2015 and 2019 filings. The were Turkish foreign agents from at least 2015 to the present. Berman was in charge of the Atilla prosecution where arguably he was conflicted. IMO he should not be involved in the Giuliani prosecution and should be reported by members of the NY bar.
