Rent in Trump’s DC Hotel Lease starts with a $250,000 a month Monthly Base Rent that is increased on an annual basis based on a Percentage Rent determined by the Gross Revenue that you can see were meant to be redacted. I think that’s what was leaked. I sell hotels. I would love to see that. If I had permission.
